Australia-wide Deliveries:
At Sex Toys Perth we can ship our orders fast and discreetly, which allows our customers to enjoy their products as soon as possible.
Free shipping (within Australia only) if your order is over $99.00 AUD.
A single item order is a flat rate of $12.60.
Two items or more is a flat rate of $18.00.
Our deliveries are generally between 2–3 business days (excluding weekends).
Please note that some items that are heavy or large, i.e., sex machines, and some masturbators are too heavy to be sent via Star Track Premium Express, so they go by Star Track Road Freight. Large or heavy items will take 2-6 days to be delivered (depending on where you are).
If you purchase something on Saturday, you ‘should’ get your delivery by Tuesday if not Wednesday.
Please note that deliveries outside of the Perth metropolitan area may take longer.
We use Auspost StarTrack for all our deliveries.
All our shipments are web tracked.
This service may require your signature when the parcel is delivered (due to covid they are not getting you to sign at the moment).
If you are not available at the time of delivery, a card may be left for you to collect your parcel from the nearest post office/news agency or left securely.
(Don’t worry; all items are packaged discreetly with no identifying markings.).
If you ask for your delivery to be left in a safe place of your choosing, Sex Toys Perth will not be liable for any lost or stolen goods.
All our goods are plain-wrapped with no company logo or Sex Toys Perth branding.
Orders will only be dispatched once we receive your payment. ‘Credit Card’ payments are instant.
We now use Zip Pay for all our orders too, play now, pay later.
We shut down for all public holidays in Australia.
Sex Toys Perth’s warehouse will be closing on Friday, December 20th, 2024, at midday AEDST and re-opening on Thursday, January 2nd, 2025, at 9 am AEDST.

Our Returns Policy.
Star Track Terms & Conditions
The services commence when the goods are delivered to or received by us and terminate on delivery.
Where the Receiver is unavailable or the Delivery Address is unattended, and whether or not you or the Receiver has provided us with a duly signed written authority to do so, we may, at our sole discretion and at your sole cost and expense:
(a) deposit the goods at the delivery address, which shall be conclusively deemed to be due delivery of the goods;
(b) return the goods to our nearest depot or Australia Post Office and advise you to collect the same;
(c) store the goods at your sole risk, and you agree to indemnify us for all costs and expenses incurred in relation to such storage; or
(d) attempt to redeliver the goods to the receiver or the sender.
To the extent permitted by law, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), we accept no liability, and you will not hold us responsible for any loss, damage, or other liability occasioned to any items or any claims by you, the Receiver, or any other party having an interest in the Goods, except to the extent that the loss is incurred as a direct result of our fraud or willful misconduct, and you hereby indemnify us and will keep us indemnified against any claim for loss, damage, or other liability occasioned by us as a result of acting in accordance with the provisions of this clause 3.2.
We are not a common carrier. Subject to any laws that cannot be excluded by agreement, we do not accept liability as a common carrier and may refuse to transport any particular goods for any person or goods that are IATA restricted articles.
Insurance is not included in the charges. You are solely responsible for taking out and keeping current (at your own cost) all insurances in respect of the Goods and the Services as you consider to be reasonable and prudent.
NEW ZEALAND DELIVERIES:
Our deliveries are generally between 3 and 10 working days.
Rural areas can take up to 14 days.
A single item order is a flat rate of $14.99.
Two items or more is a flat rate of $29.99.
We use Auspost for all our deliveries.

Customers will be liable for any customs charges, duties, or tariffs for their destination country.
